What you need to know before entering

• Release forms must be signed by all persons entering the 1806 ADVENTURES Trail System anyone under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian present to sign our Waiver.
•  COPY OF YOUR PERMIT PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF THE PERSON AT ALL TIMES (Screenshot on a Mobile Device or Printed Copy)
• 1806 Adventures, LLC Staff and  Authorized Personnel are NOT responsible for the Monitoring of Any Permit Holder but reserve the right to Enforce All Rules and Regulations and take necessary actions if violations occur.
• Maintain a 5mph limit in all staging/parking areas.  Mandatory speed limit of 15 mph on ANY Park Access Road, Gravel Roads, or Maintained Green Trails
• Travel is limited to marked trails. STAY ON MAPPED & MARKED TRAILS 
• 1806 Adventure Permits DO NOT grant permit holders any Hunting Rights 
• DO NOT LITTER ON THE PROPERTY. Violators will be barred from the property.

                   “Pack out what you pack in.” 

• Firing of weapons is strictly prohibited.
• Helmets are Required for anyone under 18 and anyone riding an ATV or Dirt Bike
• Properly working Seatbelts or Restraints must be used by all vehicle occupants 
• Be considerate of others using the trails and report any unauthorized or illegal behavior observed.
• ATV Riders must meet manufacturers’ minimum age and safety requirements.
• No alcohol, unauthorized firearms, fireworks or open fires on the trail system.
• The harvesting of Ginseng, cutting of firewood or other collection of fieldstone or any other product is NOT allowed.
• Streams and stream beds will be avoided where possible. Should any water crossing be necessary, the permittee will make such crossing only on or over marked trails, strictly complying with posted rules and regulations and avoiding creation of any erosion or stream bed sediment.
•  Any rules/regulations not included above, implemented at a later date, and posted in the main office to include verbal and nonverbal directives given by 1806 Adventures, LLC staff must be adhered to without exception.
• 1806 Adventures, LLC Staff, Authorized Personnel or volunteers are NOT responsible for monitoring or enforcing the mentioned regulations, but reserve the right to approach, investigate, and take proper action if violations are taking place.
• In case of Emergency CALL 911, Then contact 1806 if necessary.
• 1806 Adventures, LLC Passholders  must conduct all activities on all the land both owned, unowned, leased, and/or managed with the utmost caution exercising responsible behavior and with utmost care and respect of the community, environment, and wildlife and in full compliance with all applicable laws of the State of Kentucky now existing or hereafter enacted, and all the rules and regulations promulgated herein. 

1806 Adventures, LLC hereby reserves the exclusive right to temporarily or permanently suspend or revoke the rights of use granted, as evidenced by possession of a 1806 Adventures Pass, to any individual or individuals with or without notice. **
